Dislikes

All level employees have access to an open culture which mostly they misuse like they can come anytime and go anytime. Which makes it difficult for team leads to manage their team. In a few places, operation systems are still in the development stage which is under the work in progress stage.

This kind of fast-paced environment is not made for everyone. Do not join if you like to sit and do a typical 9 to 5 job.
