...u are not in the good books of your superior. Compensation is below the average. No job satisfaction, no employee engagement, no employee grievances handling, no employee satisfaction, manipulation in salary and ctc structure of the organization. I Never thought before that one day i will write something like this about this organization in review section because this organization was not like this before. Initial two year of my career ( from aug 2017 to 2019) with this organization was good and I was satisfied with my job but after that new management established in the place and old managers left their jobs and things became horrible for everyone. Entire hr department is now new in the organization because everyone from hr department has left and new hr team is now working in the organization. Management supposed to have second thought that why people are tendering resignation but it didn't happened. I left my job in Aug 2020 and the reason of leaving is but Obvious as mention above in my review.

Dislikes

Mismanagement, inhumane behaviour towards peers, begin illogical and giving impossible targets, unfair compensation and benefits, no job satisfaction, no employee engagement.

Company best off learning and knowledge of pharmacy and other products your skill development

Dislikes

Salary and duty roster is not set many time more problems off duty timing and salary and pramotion is not for staff

Understanding people, flexible work hours as per respective departments, salary on time.good office infrastructure.

Dislikes

Marketing expenditure very less done by company. Very less opportunity for exploring new things or exposure as per your profile. Slow growth.

Free minded people even Directors are so friendly. All are they treat like a family. Best HOD and staff all are supportive. And always they push you to do out of the box.

Less payment in IT team All departments are good and salary are also good
