Dislikes

There are some team members who spoil the overall work culture and are around simply because they have been around for a while - they have become complacent and just hang out throwing their weight around in office without delivering much productivity. Frequent navigation around the challenges they pose is being dealt with by the other well-meaning employees who do not wish to engage in office politics. This will be a common case at many organizations but corrective measures need to be taken even if it means losing such employees, for the betterment of work culture and employee satisfaction. The focus on employee engagement is a bit low - rarely any outings, just office employee engagement acitvities which are great to be honest, but the management could show some concern around investing in more employee happiness by perhaps organizing a few lunch / dinner parties / offsites etc.
