...ork environment is like family.. We enjoy our work in tremendous pressure also.. Salary, expenses is on time.. Incentive little bit delay but everybody get it.

Markting support is less.. Growth is very slow.. Backend support is very poor.. Need to be more prompt with regards to competition..

There is a lot to learn as a Big brand, company is good, working culture is also good. But if you are talking about team leaders on initial level, mentality is so lala company type.

Team leaders or managers are supportive untill you work here when you serve notice period for better opportunity, they will try their " ser choti ka zor" to not to get NOC, untill you implore infront of them, they himself told to distributor to not to give NOC for FNF. In last only one advise work here untill you want whenever you ll have opportunity don't serve notice period just swith, otherwise it will be mentally harassment for you nothing else.
