Nothing is good very bad management with bad HRs worst experience with office politics irritating seniors with bad attitude make you to work till night 12 o clock or more then that and they will make you to work on weekends also they will not support you and always blame you at starting they say its hybrid work or they will provide wfh then they will make you to come for office daily

Some projects are very good in here and i was a part of it during the time. Excellent job security.

Micro-managing, service company mindset, no growth opportunities. Felt the organisation is more biased towards the top management and does not really care for it's employees.

The HR policies are not clear, the jobs are unsafe and it is dominated by HR. It is good for freshers only but experience keep away...no values and your experience and knowledge will be considered and it is like a proprietory runned company..I was in WEIR (ENSCI) but its un ethical and un proffessional way of attitude and employees will be targeted if raised voice against if any policies are not followed and moreover the policy and procedures are not clear....not recommended place for senior guys...

Dear friends their is no job security in the said company, the company is ruled by HR and no recognition and growth in the company and lots of hinderance for your career growth and compensation are very less paid than in the market.

No job security, no career growth, lots of internal politics, overall environment is not good for seniors this company is good for only freshers and job seekers for to start career.
