- Office location - Very friendly colleagues - Yearly once bonus, - They have adopted very good and user friendly system.

- Worst, terrible & third class working culture, If you are joining as fresher pls. keep this company as last option. They will recruit from college and put 2-3 year's bond. - You have to sacrifice your life if you want to work here, if you have any health issues then this company is not for you(take it serious). - Some of the qualities Design head missing are a) Quality consciousness, because he prefers project release even it's having lot of problems and wrong design. b) Kindness towards employees. c) Patience, He wants project to be completed with no time even though it's special and time consuming. He don't have guts to convince Brazil that our employees here needs more time. I don't want to waste more time here. - Worst HR especially at hosur, no proper reply for employees complaint, No action has been taken even all Designers left the company. - If you are married, pls don't join. They will spoil your life. I have seen people got married after leaving WEG or left suddenly after marriage. - Now they are not getting any experienced people to work here because no one is joining, everage experience of design is around 2-2.5years. - Company image completely spoiled due it's terrible working culture. There are many examples where people left this company without offer in hand. - You need to stay back every day atleast 2-3hrs to finish project on time or else come and work on Saturday and Sunday. - There was an incident that one of the employee met with an accident, his one hand was under bandage instead of giving him leave they made him to work with one hand. - If you attend interview here you will get selected. Most of people attend interview here to practice and know about interview. - Two months salary was given during first COVID lockdown ( march 2020) without work, But if you resign now or in future here you need to pay two months salary back or they will deduct in settlement money. If you are not having any PL's you need to pay money back to the company.

Very good place to learn, managers are very approachable and open to feedback, young team with extraordinary focus.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are less compared to peers like GE and Siemens. High work pressure to complete projects on time.

Equal food for all workers, have friends, good environment outside and transport facility.

Wast of life time working here, politics, real workers don't have high salary, but staff never thay work but thay get high salery.

Its well growing company. People who love to work in core industry and to develope their skills and knowledge weg is the best platform. The culture of WEG industry where i working is following the south Indian culture.

Dislikes

Not only weg when you choose to work at core industries the salary you will get not as software people. The apprentice training will be poor.

No value for employees, management having a technique of pay you less increments by always telling about you negatively & always threaten you by telling firing even for tiny mistakes. Overall company needs your full effort but will not offer any money. It is a Place of junk managers.
