I liked many things while working with WEP the process flow of the working system and management is also having very supportive and also there is very much positive atmosphere while working with the WEP and also there is very good team work cooperation between employees and management

Some of things which having not good I think so ie there is no any cultural activity and also management has not arranged any picknic for employees

Weener is my Frist company ofter college it gives me a lot thing to learn ,company is like my school. When ever I'll get chance to work again with weener I'll come back and give my best as usual. Miss you weener my school 🏫 for professional life.. in future will back to you 🤞

Few old employees Who don't want to change them self they think that company were running cause of them the never admire new ideas. But the thing were changed now a good suggestion to them change them self 😉

The company is open to innovation and ready adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of a team markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result , i get to travel aboard, especial to Germany. But on site travel is completely depended on group. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background , and we work happily in collaboration, I like the employee re-hire policy here.

All team is very understanding and share knowledge each to closing any issues. Training is given by senior person or from globally.
