It takes a long time before the management decides to let someone go who is not performing well. So there is a lot of job security here. They value loyalty so if you are performing well, you will get to stay in the company for a long time.

Dislikes

The current management is not very receptive to their employees. The values of TKWW are not being followed anymore. There is no guidance of any kind from the managers. There is no scope of promotions or growth even after many false promises.

Likes

Remote, that too is being taken away soon. Company recently had layoffs inspite of boasting about strong profits, which speak about where it is headed. My advice- 1. For current employees- run while you can 2. For former employees- so jealous of you 3. For interviewees- don't join, you'll thank this review forever

1. India culture is the worst possible, feels like working at a grocery store even they have better leaders 2. Leadership is a joke, no policies for anything they're looking for free labor and treating India as a cheap labor market 3. Appraisals are substandard, no growth opportunities except for few favorites as nepotism is widespread 4. Business outlook is negative looking at how sensible people are leaving

Likes

It's a Hitler country. The senior management will make sure that there is no boundary between personal and professional life. No growth and no direction either. A bunch of favorites keeps moving ahead and the rest of the employees are left in the dark about growth and development.
