Great place to work and gain your knowledge. Other than management, there is no issues.

Proper management is not there. As per recent talks..hiring of one person , made nearly 10 resources to switch their carrier from here. After knowing all this management doesn't take any action, not sure what's the reason behind this. If appraisal for manager is not given.. he will not allow to provide appraisal for other employees. All the remotes, batteries are safe in office due to manager proper security. And YouTube views are rapidly increasing here.. Nothing has been improved from past 1 year.. A trainee can replace manager work level here...

The company has lots of negative points. no proper structure and there are no seniors to guide us. People in higher positions don’t seem to care about the company or the projects. They always have free time, but we have to work on all the projects day and night. The Project lead is mostly on tea break or watching YouTube videos, which is funny. There are no proper weekly meetings, especially with the our team. We don’t even know whom to contact for doubts, which makes everything confusing amd messy.Designs will be given at last moment and tell us to do it by EOD.

First of all its is not a company, you can call it as Business no PF will be given even tho your PF have be detected it is a Scam,No no hike, No holiday on weekends(Saturday Mainly)they say to work, And there is no Job security in this company.And there is no proper management every now & then they will change the design and functionlity. And for freshers he will use and throw like he will Hire for 30k & then while increment will come he will force you to complete the project & after completion he will remove from the company and no Forget about hike. Mainly you will not get the time to complete the project because project duration is very very less.

Here in this company they value human a lot. They consider all employees equal. Boss is down to earth, I never seen any differences here no matter the position. Here the job security is 100%. You are allowed to build you career and you have been given space for career development. No companies can compete with our organisation. It’s unique. No one will resign if they experience the work culture. For me no other company can be friendly to me personally.

this is one place where you can push yourself in challenges and at the end of the day you will have some handful knowledge on what you do.. great place to learn and grow your career... note: only if you have the passion!!!!!

Don't mind even if there are things which you don't like... Just concentrate on your passion and it will take you off the negative people automatically.
