No proper and attractive incentive plans. Not much-taking care of advancement in the product. Still suing old fascinated technology for its software. Customer support is nit much active.

In 9 Months, I upgraded my self not just as a professional person but also improved my interpersonal communication skills because of the knowledge that shared by my branch manager and my senior. If you want the initial growth in your career, Webtel is best to join.

Of course, Every company has some cons also. To be Honest, Overall company is excellent in everything, but the conveyance and incentive policy should be improved. Otherwise No dislikes as of now.

Only thing is they are offering very less salary, otherwise to start a carrier it’s perfect company, best part of this company is startup culture, you will fill like a family

politics, pressure, no growth, no bonus/incentives/compensation, when ever you reach/complete your target your will be double from the same day than you have to achieve that if you cant your target isnt completed

very pathetic company in term of work. vikas khare (R& D head of software team ) don't have sense to how to speak with people. he treated a people like a slave. better to join TCS or infosys.in this company B.TEch and BCA are same.they recruit B.tech and BCA for a same position that never seen in TCS.
