No work life balance. Not enough manpower in the team so need to work 7 days a week like a mad person. Leave policy is the worst. For weekends work they have a comp off policy but if there is work then they will give you a day off but they will show as if they are doing some kind of favour to give you a week off which is well deserved. Clients act like as if they know everything and give last minute works... Pay is average considered to similar roles in SaaS industry.

The company has old technology. Worst work process worst people. Full of politics. No salary hikes no incentives no expense will be cleared

People there are worst they treat employee like hell no ethics not professional and no personal growth I have spoiled my career by working in Webstream communications

1. There is nothing new and interesting technologies to learn and develop your skill. 2. Work life balance is not great as you have to pack your bags and work anytime irrespective of dusk and dawn. ( Bachelors the best ) 3. There is less career growth or demand once you leave the company . 4. There is no health insurance or any policy covered for employees 5. It’s 31 / 30/ 28 / 27 working days .
