Lack of Knowledge for position Not looking for design systems having components variants auto layouts that should be good for developers from designer's end they just need type of graphic designer Ask irrelevant questions in interview I feel want to complete client's work through candidates they are interviewing. May be doing gender comparison Project manager is having lack of knowledge for this kind of work Team lead or design person was having communication gap dont know what terms are know in english he himself complicating questions worst ever interview
