Salary not good for every employee.. Others main problem is increment time selected one person 40% increment or others person 15 or 20 % are provide company... That's not good policy our company..

Company inside environment is very clean , senior, manager is very helpful . You learn and understand solar system very well and also you learn a lot not for only machines also politics, behaviour as well.

They're money minded people they didn't give you proper salary and hike and hr behave is very rude also production environment is very political.
