1)If you are fresher, then you will learn new technologies a lot. Training period is tough but it will build your career very well. 2) working culture is good, open & friendly 3) Informal coffee sessions with HR twice a year is good initiative. This helps both employee & management. Discussion in coffee sessions are strictly kept secret. 4) 2 Appraisals a year for people having yearly CTC lower than 7lakh 5) Apraisal process with 360° reviews is really good

Dislikes

1) Job security is very less, as if project didn't worked well u will be fired. And this is very risky if you have taken a bank loan 2) You will be forced to work entire night also to achieve project deadlines. This is specially bad for women employees 3) Company don't have bench strength of developers, qa etc for critical situation. 4) Always there is atleast 1 project in fire fight mode 5) Directly implementating new frame work in projects without doing any study. This leads in time estimations not meeting , escalations from client & late night workings for team 6) No facilitis at all like canteen, free food, transport etc. 7) "BA" person works as "project manager" & needs to handle 3-4 projects simultaneously. Role of BA is different in this company.
