And expected to work as a pro developer No facilities are provided Not expected to get support from seniors. No medicial leaves are provided They contribute money from employees for trips. They contribute money from employees to give parties and treat to their employees and show that they give with their own.

This company was many advantages benifits Since it is about salary here,salary keeps coming here form time to time. And the esi pf of the employee should be deducted, if any someone falls ill then he get benifits Increment salary every 6 months Plus point working form monday to friday and then saturday, sunday company holidays...

The environment is exploitative, the biggest concern of the CEO was I wasn't staying after my after my prescribed working hours. when I had in fact completed all my tasks of the day. The company has failed to clear my dues for months now citing the excuse that the clients has paid them yet and the "financial struggles of the company" which is not true. The positive reviews you see are of employees being coerced into providing screenshots as "proof" of their feedback, painting a false positive picture of the company. Beware of such toxic workplace.
