Favouritism. They will only promote people who stroke their ego. If you stand your ground you will never receive appraisals and appreciations. Work life balance is poor. They will threaten you with PIPs and firing even with the slightest mistakes. So poor job security.

Good salary with yearly increments. The upper management is very supportive and helpful. You can take leave.

Consultants don't get Medical insurance, PF, and other benefits. They give you a 6 months contract and you have to remind them to renew it at the end of every 6 months.

No proper management. In the project we have value labs contract employees who work on the project who don't share much of knowledge with fulltime employee.
