Salary on time. No pressure. Good for freshers and 1-2 years experienced people. They have lots of opportunities to learn but not for senior or mid level.

Dislikes

No work appreciation, No promotion, legacy work. No new tech stacks change. You will be told No to apply new things if you say so. Though, they will say yes if the technology which we work upon will be removing things and apply new techs. No flexibility in working hours, you have to complete your shift and task timings, no matter you are done with your work. No hybrid works. No Wfh even on demand until they call you. Their penalty rules are just excuses to cut salaries. They hire max 4-5 years people, so don't expect higher compensation.

Everything is like, company culture is great, CEO is very kind and nice persons. you can learn many things here, appraisal is very good almost 100%, salary is good if you will stay long in the company and build trust. working hrs 5 days and 8 hrs per work.

Not a permanent work from home. its hybrid and work from office.

Each and every policy is for the welfare of employer not employee. Salary increment is not upto the mark and they are always ready to deduct employee salary for small mistakes.

If you give 100% to company then there is 100% job security, Work culture is good as company give you respect if you provide them good work, management is good and they have their policies but those policies are okay, incement is good.

Let's starts with good thing first . (Must read Dislikes section to get complete picture) 1. No workplace politics here. Collogues are friendly and helpful most of time. 2. Supportive seniors, But depend on person to person. 3. Good company culture. No toxicity or rude managers. Everyone treats each other with respect . 4. Lots of opportunity for skill development, learning and to grow professionally. Will Enjoy work if u like challenge and non-boring work. 5. Can' t be sure about other department but in my experience Webkul have no client site work. Work is focus on company's own products which they direct sell to clients. Most time , clients ask for customization into those products. 6. Due to above point there is no bench period . Work never ends 7. Every employee profile is visible publicly on About page of company. Feels good ! 8. Decent hikes but appraisal date are delayed by many months every year(Read dislike section) 9. Small company, so employee gets to handle multiple responsibilities. Adds to workload but also improve learning processs. 10. Most of tech they use is built by company itself. Chat system, ticket system etc. 11. Clean decent and safe office space. No noise or disturbance. 12. Job security is there if you perform well. 13. Work is available in lot of different tech stack. Not just limited to any one particular tech.

...row again. 5. Every employee must complete a weekly quota of 48 working hours(9.5 hours/day), otherwise salary is deducted. 6. Work is measured using a very strict timesheet system. Every employee have to press start/stop button when starting/pausing work on tasks. If you don't do this than working hours will not be counted and no salary will be provided to you for that time or whole day. 7. Even senior managers have to follows this timesheets system. This very good example of parkinson law . There is no incentive to complete your work before dead, because you still have to achieve your target of 9.5 hours per day. 8. Very less people in senior positions. so, Team work lack coordination sometime. 9. No proper process of software development life cycle. Quantity is more prefered over quality and industry standard 10. Only meaningful perk/benefit is cafeteria, but nothing is free there, have to spend your own money. But prices are reasonable, less compared to eating outside.
