Transparency about norms, salary on time.

No feedback matters, senior takes action on the basis of their subordinate suggestion who are working from 8-10yrs and at the end one man army takes decision , HR has no command on anything, no job security or extra benefits or perks, promotion and appraisal has no fixed criteria and not so good, no matter what you do in terms of work no proper evaluation.

Likes

Salary on time. No pressure. Good for freshers and 1-2 years experienced people. They have lots of opportunities to learn but not for senior or mid level.

Dislikes

No work appreciation, No promotion, legacy work. No new tech stacks change. You will be told No to apply new things if you say so. Though, they will say yes if the technology which we work upon will be removing things and apply new techs. No flexibility in working hours, you have to complete your shift and task timings, no matter you are done with your work. No hybrid works. No Wfh even on demand until they call you. Their penalty rules are just excuses to cut salaries. They hire max 4-5 years people, so don't expect higher compensation.

Good scope for learning new opportunities for your career. Great environment to work, supportive staff. Seniors help you during your training period with their full efforts. Fun activities and all kind of employee facilities are there. Conclusion, Webkul is a great company to work with.

I am disappointed by the HR deciding my salary based on previous salary. During the HR interview, it was clear that they will not check for my previous experience & yet they asked to verify my previous experience documents.

I just started working at Webkul after graduating, and I want to share how great my co-workers and team have been here since day one. They're really friendly and always help me out. The company cares a lot about teching new technologies and about their products and making sure that we learn it. The work environment is very positive and productive,. I'm really happy to be here, and I'm thankful for my awesome team at Webkul as I begin my career.

...kr working at Webkul because of the positive learning environment and team work. But to be honest about my salary - it's a bit lower than what I had hoped for but as a fresher and analysing current market scenario, I am happy for the salary offered. However, I'm excited about my job here and hope that in the future, as I prove my worth, and improve my skills, there will be growth in that.
