Transparency about norms, salary on time.

Dislikes

No feedback matters, senior takes action on the basis of their subordinate suggestion who are working from 8-10yrs and at the end one man army takes decision , HR has no command on anything, no job security or extra benefits or perks, promotion and appraisal has no fixed criteria and not so good, no matter what you do in terms of work no proper evaluation.

Salary on time. No pressure. Good for freshers and 1-2 years experienced people. They have lots of opportunities to learn but not for senior or mid level.

Dislikes

No work appreciation, No promotion, legacy work. No new tech stacks change. You will be told No to apply new things if you say so. Though, they will say yes if the technology which we work upon will be removing things and apply new techs. No flexibility in working hours, you have to complete your shift and task timings, no matter you are done with your work. No hybrid works. No Wfh even on demand until they call you. Their penalty rules are just excuses to cut salaries. They hire max 4-5 years people, so don't expect higher compensation.
