Likes

Salary on time. No pressure. Good for freshers and 1-2 years experienced people. They have lots of opportunities to learn but not for senior or mid level.

Dislikes

No work appreciation, No promotion, legacy work. No new tech stacks change. You will be told No to apply new things if you say so. Though, they will say yes if the technology which we work upon will be removing things and apply new techs. No flexibility in working hours, you have to complete your shift and task timings, no matter you are done with your work. No hybrid works. No Wfh even on demand until they call you. Their penalty rules are just excuses to cut salaries. They hire max 4-5 years people, so don't expect higher compensation.

Everything is like, company culture is great, CEO is very kind and nice persons. you can learn many things here, appraisal is very good almost 100%, salary is good if you will stay long in the company and build trust. working hrs 5 days and 8 hrs per work.

Dislikes

Each and every policy is for the welfare of employer not employee. Salary increment is not upto the mark and they are always ready to deduct employee salary for small mistakes.

If you give 100% to company then there is 100% job security, Work culture is good as company give you respect if you provide them good work, management is good and they have their policies but those policies are okay, incement is good.
