The work culture is extremely toxic. Both the CEO and top sales executives exhibit highly unprofessional behavior towards employs, invading their privacy and showing no regards for job security. even if you work hard and deliver excellent results, they can terminate your employment without warning. They prioritize individuals from their own Sindhi Community and family members for opportunities and promotions. If you value job security and career growth, this is not the place for you. there's no job security and the environment is so oppressive that they don't even allow employees to talk to colleagues. they monitor conversations through CCTV and if yo interact with others. they will send you message questioning why. The HR department is unresponsive and merely acts as a puppet for the CEO. Additionally, one of the senior sales managers is the most unpleasant person I've encountered, and it's unclear whether the CEO is working for him or vice versa.

My experience at WebIndia was pretty Mixed. Let's start with a few good things that are worth mentioning — they do offer internships, which can be helpful if you're just starting out. The 5-day work week is cool, and they have a decent cafeteria setup. Snacks on Fridays were a small but nice perk. But when it comes to the actual work and environment, it was pretty bad. Most of the projects are focused on speed — get it done fast, even if that means using just page builders and plugins like lego bricks with no long-term thinking. If you're someone who wants to dive into core WordPress or improve your PHP skills, you’ll probably feel stuck here. Besides WordPress you'll be assigned Shopify, Wix and Webflow work. There's barely any room to actually learn or grow as a developer. The overall culture didn’t help either. Communication was really vague, and you were often left figuring things out on your own — both technically and when dealing with managers. There wasn't much accountability from the top management either, which made things frustrating when something went wrong. A lot of people left during my time there. Some were fired without much explanation, and others were forced to quit. It didn’t feel like a stable place to build a career. They also have some weird internal policies. Things like randomly shifting your desk or making a big deal out of taking leave, even when you had balance. The whole leave system felt unnecessarily strict. Also, probation periods being extended without reason was also very common. The “Sandwich Leave” rule made it nearly impossible to plan long weekends or take back-to-back days off. In short, if you’re fresher and just want to get some basic experience, it might be okay. But if you care about learning, professional growth, or being in a supportive environment, I’d suggest thinking twice.

I want to share my honest feedback as someone who has always been sincere, hardworking, and loyal towards the growth of this organization. I truly value the professional bond I had with the company and was committed to contributing in every possible way. However, during my experience, I faced several challenges—especially in receiving proper support from certain team leaders. Tanvi Rajesh Palan, currently in a managerial role, often failed to provide effective solutions. When I approached her for help, I was met with indifference and attitude, which was disheartening during already frustrating internal team issues. In the Facebook Ads team, Nishika Balani repeatedly showed a lack of technical expertise, especially in key areas like lead form tracking. Whenever I asked her for help, she would respond with comments like, “watch a YouTube video,” instead of offering proper guidance. This behavior was disrespectful and unprofessional, especially coming from someone in a team lead position. I felt disrespected every time I reached out. Additionally, Kasyab, who acts like a manager, lacks both technical skills and team-handling capability. Despite his limited experience, he continues to make decisions that often negatively affect the team. One major concern I would like to highlight is gender bias within the organization. It often felt like male employees were ignored or not taken seriously, while female candidates were preferred for hiring and support, regardless of capability. This kind of gender inequality affects morale and creates a sense of unfairness among the male staff who are genuinely working hard. Despite these challenges, I never gave up on my responsibilities. I consistently worked with dedication to prove my value and contribute meaningfully to the company. I still have respect for the organization, and I truly believe that with the right leadership and fair treatment of all employees—regardless of gender—the company can achieve even greater success. I hope this feedback is received constructively. It comes from a place of honesty, loyalty, and a genuine desire to see the organization grow stronger, more balanced, and more professional.
