Dislikes

...work-life balance. Monitored through Teamslogger for 8.5 hours of constant work. Late logins result in salary deductions. Alternate Saturdays are working, but you can't chose. Decided by management. So no freedom for personal emergencies.

...k. Besides, there are opportunities to learn about new systems and technologies. It is heartening to note that during the pandemic, there has been no pay cut, and above all, received a bonus for Durga Puja as well. The management has been very supportive from the beginning and encourages me a lot to learn different frameworks for PHP.

One of the top website development & mobile app development companies in Kolkata. Very stable - no layoff even during Covid Pandemic, no salary cut also salary hike on time. Politics free environment & ample scope of skill enhancement. The CEO is very polite and friendly. Project managers are also very knowledgeable and cooperative. I have been working in this organisation for over 5 years. I wish to stay here for many more years to come.
