I have been working in Webguru for 2.5 years and it's from here that I started my career. Compared to many other companies, Webguru is the best place to begin your career, very supportive team and there are opportunities to learn new styles of writing. Throughout the pandemic, there has been no pay cut and have received bonus for Durga Puja as well. The management has been very supportive from the beginning and I enjoy writing so many different types of contents for clients across the world!

There is nothing to dislike here except the salary structure is a little underrated. However, you do get an annual increment based on your performance. 😊

My team member were really nice and they helped me a lot.

...ver, during the 6 month probation period they did not provide any kind of leave. They resorted to deducting money from the salary even if the employee was seriously ill and could not make it.

Good for freshers as their salary range is quite low. You can learn new things. Some of the employees are really good. Salary on time.

...to grow here if you are joining as an experienced person. Appraisal is very low. Salary structure is also low as per industry standards. My overall experience is bad.

At end of the month er they keep their promises about salary day, and for a newbee they can learn whole lot more about everything except own skill development.

Webguru is better for new learners as they will not only learn about the job role also they learns about office culture and other aspects of a full-time position. In this company they can learn a whole lot more about what to avoid during your job.
