Management is in poor hands. They are biased. Don’t give opportunities to those who show the zeal for it. They are covert kinds, they talk like they care but they don’t really. They do not appreciate your efforts or your milestones. Favouritism is at the core.

Good learning for product, flexibility to move to different roles, if one is into the startup culture it's good

Dislikes

Processes evolves every month so could be too much changes to get used to. Inter- department culture and pressure is unnecessarily high. Product is good though has its typical challenges as it may not be the best. Sales does sell to a lot of clients who may not be well suited to the product - that creates a lot of problems for client and internal teams.
