No job security, Pathetic salary growth, Bad politics, No innovation, Badly hampered work life, and they do not pay your salary on time which has a massive impact on your personal life.
...a nightmare. Here are the key points that summarize my time with the company:
1. Salary Nightmares: The promised salary on the 10th of every month turned into a cruel joke. Payments were consistently delayed, leaving employees struggling without pay until the 15th, 18th, or even later. It felt like working for half the month just to receive our due wages.
2. Abysmal Management: The management was a chaotic mess. There was a severe lack of organization, and it seemed like they had no clue about running a company. Decision-making was poor, and the overall structure was a breeding ground for confusion.
3. Toxic Leadership: The directors/owners, I don't want to name them, were far from good leaders. They overloaded employees with excessive work, leading to 12-16 hour workdays despite the supposed 9-6 working hours. Their approach was demoralizing, making employees feel unappreciated and undervalued.
4. Micro Management Nightmare: Despite dedicating myself to the organization, my efforts were never acknowledged. Instead, the environment was one of intense micromanagement. Every minute of work had to be meticulously reported, creating an oppressive atmosphere that ultimately forced me to resign.
5. Zero Growth, No Work-Life Balance: Throughout my tenure, there was no room for growth, and work-life balance was non-existent. The company took on projects without hiring adequate staff, leaving one person to handle the workload meant for multiple employees.
6. Inadequate Benefits: Increment and bonus policies were nonexistent. Leaves were neither transferable nor paid, and taking time off was met with unnecessary scrutiny. The concept of a relaxing vacation was entirely lost on the management.
7. Bullying Culture: The owners, exhibited bullying behavior. Their intimidation tactics, name-calling, and playing mind games created a toxic work environment. Anyone considering joining this company should heed warning signs from reviews like mine.
In conclusion, Webcubator Technologies deserves no stars. Directors/Owners goon-like behavior, lack of understanding of company management, and a culture of bullying make it a place to avoid at all costs. I urge potential employees to read reviews thoroughly before considering this workplace – it's a path to misery.
Salary compensation is pathetic and is paid almost after half the month has passed. Also individuals leaving the company will have to serve notice period with no salary for 45 days. Upon completion of notice period HR will offer no experience certificate or release letter.
Salaries are way below the industry standard and is paid very late, usually by 15th of month. Also notice period after resignation is unpaid. They will also not give any experience letter of service or release letter required to join another company. HR is unprofessional and threatens individuals leaving the company.
Webcubator Technologies as an organization is excellent and helped me groom as an individual to bring out the best in me. The work culture, respect for the employees, and learning growth everything is just excellent. I have worked earlier with previous companies, but no company had this kind of work culture and environment.
Management/Leadership Team: The leadership team is really cooperative and flexible too from all aspects. They always encourage us to do a lot more activities apart from day-to-day regular project work. Other than that, I felt Webcubator doesn't discriminate between employees, and thus everyone gets a fair chance to grow in this company and sustain for a long.
Work Culture: Colleagues are truly supportive, we always help each other whenever someone is getting stuck while working on any critical deliverables, and we don't encourage partiality in our team. Thus keeping the morale high, everyone shares a friendly bonding with each other, and it helps us to maintain a healthy relationship in between team members as well. I remember once I was stuck in my tasks and was not able to deliver on time. My manager (although being too busy) supported me, waited late, and guided me, and was up late due to me not able to deliver. The next week I got an appreciation from the management for the good work, and I felt really proud of working under such leadership and managers. Thank you Anish & Shakeel.
Job Security: More or less it's secured.
Company Policies: Good; They provide early confirmation based on the performance for laterals. Also there are few rewards if we perform well (Sadly, I was not able to get any rewards :) Basically, Webcubator encourages people to perform extraordinarily throughout the year.
Conclusion:
Great and supportive work culture.
Team mates, colleagues, overall cooperative, work culture, trainings, everything is good over and above.
Excellent organization to work.
No dislikes as such as I haven't felt anything bad so far in this company.
Work life balance might be something which can be a dislike. But it's an ordeal of every job in my opinion. FYI: All projects are US based clients and sometimes we have to work late 1-2 hours uptil 8 or 9 pm majorly on the clients monthly reporting period.
Company offers its employees a variety of opportunities for professional development and career advancement. I have always felt supported by my colleagues and manager. The company and reporting manager also encouraged me to pursue certifications, which further added value to my careers.
No dislikes about working at Webcubator Technologies but I have two suggestions. One, the exit process can be more smoother and two, few of the team members are abusing WFH, managers must look into it.
