Extremely long working hours, poor culture, no respect to individual. Extra pressure to work for even longer than 14-15 hours a day for 6 days a week. No growth at all in long tenure. Disrespectful behavior about personal health conditions like pregnancy, illness, family member accident, etc. Instead of understanding and sympathy at such time also they'll ask you " Who will complete today's tasks?" various examples of inhumane behavior and rude impersonal comments. It's recommended for a person who doesn't get affected by continously getting scolding, rude comments, bad behavior, extra pressure, no value to one's religious believes ( once I got scolded for getting 5 Mins late coz I went for a big puja) snide comments....Etc.... List is very long.... In nutshell, they don't value ur strength, instead will force you to keep on working extra hours...Even on holidays they sometimes torcher you be rude/screaming calls.
