This is a welcoming office where freshers can start their careers with ease. Salary always comes as expected. Overall, the company is nice to work with as the management is somewhat unbiased.

Dislikes

They are pretty strict about timings but the management always comes late. Sometimes, the job becomes suffocating as they don't allow you to use phone, go out or freshen up your mind. If you want to learn more then you will have to switch from here after a year or so as this company will limit your scope of learning. The work is monotonous. If you like innovation then this isn't the place for you. Leaves are also an issue here so if you like to travel or have a balanced life then forget about working with them. Plus, many employees love to gossip.

Owners are best and I am very grateful for them as they give livelihood to many families and they are very kind hearted. Company is also very good to work , they hold their employees for 15 to 20 years which is great. I really appreciate owners which do their contribution to society and seniors are also very cooperative .

Dislikes

First of all its depend upon the each particular person according to their perspective. The thing i dislike is only the environment made by some employees and it may exist everywhere. But I am facing first time in my career. I only suggest to never hold power in one person to make them arrogant and non replaceable, Beyond clear test / intelligence behavior/ethics also matters. Some things cant told as they are only regarding our companionship.

Likes

Friendly and welcoming environment and the 5 working days. Best part is that you leave your work at the office, so you can go on about your social or personal life after the job.

I got to learn things. I was new and unskilled, but the team supported my work, taught me things i was new at and i was given tasks beyond my skills to add challenges to my routine. I love how my TL takes us to meeting room and then disuses things, while cracking jokes, we are all given chance to talk, ask questions and share concerns. We even had a n office party where management joked with me, made me welcome, shared stories. I love how close this place is to main market.

I have been working with webart Softech for past 5 Years, I have grown a lot and learnt a lot. management is very supportive in every aspect .I thoroughly enjoy being the bridge between management and employees, as the company policies are easy, supportive and flexible. Company supports its employees when they are facing struggles at their personal ends. Every employee was supported in hard times like Covid.
