Very less compensation. 5. Last but not least, they will treat you like a dog if you are in a notice period.

The company suffers from poor management practices, particularly at the team lead and managerial levels. The team lead lacks the necessary skills and expertise for the role and often engages in favoritism. Mistakes made by the team lead or their close associates are overlooked, while other employees face unfair consequences, including termination. The team lead's approach is more focused on creating the illusion of productivity to appease management rather than contributing meaningfully to the project's success. This has created a toxic work environment where genuine effort and talent go unrecognized. It’s disappointing to see such practices affecting both morale and overall performance.

- Management is very immature and takes very bad decisions sometimes. - Never takes any employee friendly decisions. - Some basic facilities needed on a company is missing.
