...Manager: Nilesh Mehta. He is an undeserving person to be worked in IT companies. He doesn't know how to respect people and pay their salaries for their hardwork and efforts.

...g practice, dependencies has been already created by seniors from last 15 years. New fresher can join if salary is not a concerned.

Nothing special which will motivate to work in the organization , agreement and then harassment by 2 people

HRD - Namesake , no hikes, no appraisal, no variable pay on timely basis which is part of CTC of an individual sales person, no incentive on sales target achieved , only company 4 people are operating business... As a shop and not an organization..

...r , working culture, they dont have maternity leaves. If u unable to complete 9.30 working hour then salary will deduct. There is bond of 18 month and after that is you sign bond then you will get appraisal. No job security. HR policy change person to person. Worst company.
