Management is unresponsive,increment is given in 2 yrs.

Over Burden of work.Late Night working.Managment don't look after their employees.No medical facility,No PF,No bonus ,no Canteen is given to employees.Working culture is bad.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can not resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Only timely salary you will get.

No Job Security any time you cane be fired whether you ar working from 5-10 years.No leave policy,If you are absent 8 days whether you have any critical problem.They will make full and final after 8 day absent.No pf deduction for staff pf is only for workers.For a single leave application you need to go to MD or CMD even General Manager can not approve one day leave.If you are ill and you dont go to office.Next day you have to write apology letter that if you make same mistake in future you can dismiss me/my job.

High Risk of Job, I'll never suggest any one to join this company. Every day new Rule. Design HOD and the other department of this company making fool of new commers. HR policy is totally different from any corporate firm or any Company like export or retail.
