Management is unresponsive,increment is given in 2 yrs.

Over Burden of work.Late Night working.Managment don't look after their employees.No medical facility,No PF,No bonus ,no Canteen is given to employees.Working culture is bad.

Working with Weavetex since 4 yrs. as merchandiser.Being a single merchandiser in company work load is very huge.No support from management,salary is very less,incrememt given after 2 yrs.No bonus,holidays given,have to work on sundays also.

Present of production is not able for GM post and not able handle for merchandising. And very harmfull for company

I feel like very well but after colapse of merchandising, totally harm and mr. Raghvendra is fully responsible for bed environment of factory
