I feel shame, I spend more then 10 years with weatherford but they are unbelieable, they are selfish, they did not support even single cent in this hard situation. they terminated me.

I have only one thing they are not supporting. use less i wast my 10 years with them.

Weatherford is one of the biggest oilfield services in the worldwide.where most of the employees interested in team work spirit, good salaries,looking after work improvement,give work learning chances,working in safe and security environment,listen to employee problems and tries to resolve it,do what it can do to improve the work and employees as soon as possible.

Dislikes

Weatherford managers mostly don't care about employees appraisals and promotions even if they got the good revenue for the company.training courses moving slowly to push up the employee skills.

Good people, friendly atmosphere.

Terrible management, I was not given even one hours notice, even after working for 6+ years. Absolutely no job security. Different yardstick on promotions depending on how good a "Brown noser" one is!

Weatherford has excellent policies and procedures. They have enough financial resources also. Work life balance is excellent.

Dislikes

Nepotism is at its epitome in Weatherford. Employees bring in their relatives who are not competent at all and they bring in their cousins so it is known as Brotherford. Racism - the current General Manager who is of Arabic origin was told by then manufacturing controller and manufacturing supervisor that Indians, to be specific, Keralites are in over population. They brought in more Pakistanis and Arabs to solve the issue. However time proved that his school of thought was wrong. They hire more resources than required and fire as per their whims and fancies. No measure or monitoring of productivity. It is a wonderful organization submitted in wrong hands. They are very sensitive to anonymous compliants. Anybody can write anonymous compliants against a person until he loose his job. Strange.
