The approcah used is unique in nature for each one of us. The contribution is so unique that, 'The students market value is constantly growing up.' This helping us to move up in competative market. As an employee ecah one of us are learning the methods those are sustainable and adoptable. The economic model used is self sustaibale. The simple answer is we are now moved up from I to We.

Excellent infrastructure with all facilities. Very active in Students career planning. Excellent Hostel Facilities. Very effective Facility Dept which takes care of infrastructure and always active to see wefare of Students and staff. Very dynamic Director with vision for future.

Needs to improve interpersonal relationships amongst Teaching staff.

The Weschool Bangalore campus has beautiful infrastructure and is located in Electronic City phase 1 . Verdant campus and infrastructure is important for a employees well being. Truly appreciate it...

The Weschool Management , should consider fair promotions and appraisal procedures for all employees, regardless of their designation. Employees dislike Favouritism policy that currently exists. It creates disappointment among the staff and faculty, and many talented non academic staff and faculty, are not promoted and their talent and potential unappreciated and lying in dormant state. Weschool Management and Trustee should be seriously looking into this issue for Weschool internal Brand development. Performance and consistency and achieving the Weschool 's institutional goals, should be the hall mark for promotion for the faculty and non academic staff.
