It's a startup with a vast amount of work and fewer employees, which means we have to work on Saturdays as well. You'll learn a lot, from development to deployment.

1) The intern salary isn’t credited on the 3rd of the. You have to remind them; only then will they credit your salary between the 15th and 18th, which is 10k, with around 200 Rs deducted for tax. 2) The founder is very toxic. He will insult and swear at you in front of everyone. If you want respect, please don’t come here. 3) They don't provide salary slips, which make it difficult to switch jobs, and the notice period is also three months. 4) The sales team is directly under the founder. Salespeople, please don’t join here – you will cry daily. This is a warning. 5) Although the official leave time is 7 pm, you will have to work until 8 pm. 6) The office is smaller than your university professor's cabin. 7) SPTBI students: They’ll boast about high salaries, but half of it is in meaningless ESOPs, and the rest is a small, variable amount after your internship. Keep this company as a last resort.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
