...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Internel politics. Favourable for some people who worked to gether long back in some other company. They captured now the company and throughing out out the old employees for silly reasons.

I love the company as am part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. Also here work culture is very nice. Main thing in this company is, there is no difference in status of positions from CEO to employee....means all are in friendly nature. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
