I am compelled to share my negative experience with WCube to caution other candidates who might consider joining. While the company portrays itself as a desirable employer, the reality is far from the image it projects. 1. Hire-and-Fire Culture: This company engages in what can only be described as a reckless “hire-and-fire” policy. They lure candidates with substantial salary hikes and promises of growth, only to terminate them within weeks—sometimes as soon as 15 days—without any valid reason. This not only disrupts careers but also leaves employees in a precarious financial and professional position. 2. Unstable Leadership: The CEO appears to make impulsive, mood-driven decisions, creating a toxic environment of instability. Employees are left in constant fear of losing their jobs, irrespective of their performance or contribution. Such behavior from leadership is unprofessional and unacceptable in any credible organization. 3. False Promises: Candidates are sold on lofty visions and expectations during the hiring process, which turn out to be baseless. The organization fails to deliver on its commitments, leaving employees feeling deceived and undervalued. 4. Reputation Damage: For prospective candidates, joining this organization could be a significant risk to both your career trajectory and mental well-being. The lack of job security, erratic decision-making, and unprofessional handling of employees make this company a highly unreliable employer. To Candidates Considering This Organization: • Ask for written guarantees regarding job security and expectations. • Speak to current or former employees to understand the real work culture. • Proceed with caution and prioritize opportunities with organizations that value stability, transparency, and respect for their workforce. To the Organization: Your short-sighted practices and lack of accountability are damaging your reputation in the industry. If you genuinely wish to attract and retain talent, it’s time to abandon this exploitative approach and build a culture based on trust, fairness, and professional integrity. I hope this feedback prevents others from falling into the same trap and inspires the company to reflect and reform.

Nothing, There is no job security, No work culture , they say its 5 days working and stop you on Saturdays, management is unaware of ground reality and ask for unrealistic outputs, Company policies are not employee friendly, Can kick you out in 1 minute
