Nothing. The company is pathetic. Donot take a job here.. No job security. They have interviews going on month and can fire anyone anytime.. They need robots not. Humans.

Dislikes

...thing. No sick leaves. 3days salary cut if you are absent on saturday or monday. They donot pay salary on time. If you are absent in between 5th to 10th of any month your slary will be on hold. They donot mention this in. Their terms and policies. You have to beg for your own salary.. No holidays on eid or budhpurnima and many other such festivals. They donot want employees they want robots. You have a terrible work and personal life balance... Should avoid working here.. Pathetic company.

I like to explore different domains of knowledge and this job has provided me with the opportunity to dive into the stream of knowledge. In addition, I like the work culture which is quite employee-friendly.

Dislikes

I believe that the pay-scale should be higher because it requires a lot of effort to research different articles, journals, and websites.

Likes

The current working culture is extremely pleasant where individuals can work with optimum focus and accuracy. The co-workers and team leaders are very friendly and easy to alongwith plus the given tasks helps me a lot to gain different aspects of knowledge and information . Hence, it is greatly recommend for fresher and experienced candidates

Dislikes

The salary structure need some improvement as it requires to end the given tasks within the same day thus, the job needs a lot of constant effort for hours

Likes

Seniors have a very respectful attitude towards their juniors. The management is a bit strict with the norm of formal dresscode from Monday to Thursday. The HR, TLs, AMOs have a very welcoming attitude and percives all as same.

Dislikes

I think the salary structure can be modified and reconstructed a bit. That's the only disadvantage I found about this organization.

Decent working environment, teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

Salary structure is poor and the timing of the salary is also not up to the mark. As we are providing work on time but whenever it comes to salary it is always on the later side.
