...st of the stock market advisory companies are following the same thing in India. The employee has to cheat his clients, then only he will get salary. I think this is not at all a good practice. That's why I left that job.

Everyday one can get a new sales experience over the call, by talking to the customers from different corner of the country.

Dislikes

On early stage for new employes, in lower hierarchy I think basic salary was not justifying according to their target.

...agement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees

I learn so many things from ways2capital There was very pleasure environment for me. I had promoted 4 times in my ways2capital journey. yes of course there was career growth and development for me.A nother plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultures backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

nothing even if they give me opertunity again I am always ready to work with ways2capital where I learn so much I have no reason to dislike ways2capital
