...ch a new concept in our technology and give presentation to the entire company Good Salary Hike if you perform good Time Flexibility and good number of paid and earned leaves Every Policy and conversation done while joining the company is documented and signed on very first day itself. All promises are in writing only no verbal thing. They from their side add any points communicated to new employee. Review process is very extensive and learning process for any individual as they have proper increment process and detailed analysis and plans. My full and final settlement was very smooth when I left the company. I got all my salary in time. Tea facility and large cafeteria with top class scenary view makes break time refreshing.

Strict timelines on project Very choosy in terms of people they hire. You can say atleast 30 interviews on 1 person selection.

1. The company work culture is good. 2. You will get to learn too much not only technical but also about the management skills. 3. Hours Flexibility. Good company having good set of employee friendly policies.

The most thing I liked about the company was that even in times of Corona they did not ask anyone to leave the company and they have given appraisals even in times of Corona. They have open door policy and senior most positions including CEO is approachable even by the junior most developer in the company. Company Policies are straight forward and transparent and everything is told to you in writing on the very first day of the joining. - Systematic Work - Encouragement to learn new things and work on latest technologies - Team Lead and Manager both are very encouraging - Best Work Environment (1 or 2 elements are everywhere) but overall good environment - Flexi Timings - Comp Offs. Mostly we leave work at 7 but even if we have to work extra that is paid in form of comp offs)
