Flexible Work Timing, I have a two year old kid and many times I have to have flexibility in work timings, I have it here. Great for personal and work life balance. Work From Home: They provide work from home when I travel to my native place and even have given me opportunity to work from home when my spouse is not there to take care of my little one. 99.99% of the time I leave office in time i.e. at 7:00 PM which is very good in comparison to other IT companies I know about. Activities like monthly technical presentations helps you understand about different technologies. They emphasise on updating everyone with the latest technology, Every month no matter what every employee have to research a new concept in our technology and give presentation to the entire company Good Salary Hike if you perform good Time Flexibility and good number of paid and earned leaves Every Policy and conversation done while joining the company is documented and signed on very first day itself. All promises are in writing only no verbal thing. They from their side add any points communicated to new employee.
