Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Nothing.

Dislikes

They mess up professional and personal life. No fix date for salary. Very slow or stagnant growth. No product output. They make you work like an office boy, no respect to the employees. Purposely achievable targets are given. Very poor incentives.

teammates were good, cooperative. Work environment was ok.

Dislikes

There is no point of carrier growth as they dont provide any professional training or workshop. No job security as during the time of appraisal they ask you to left, also many of us including me didn't even get ours F&F. No extra allowances are given.
