... mistake too. Plenty of reasons for disliking wave infratech Sector 3 Noida- 1. No fix date for salary but upto 7th it's credited said by HR 2. They provide you a rule book and the working hours mention there is 9-30 to 6 but from the date of joining, I worked almost 11 hours without any specific deadlines or reason. 3. Alternate saturday off but still they want to employees serve these 2 alternate saturday also. 4. They also change you job location without even discuss with you. They only instruct to you that your job location is change. 5. They also change your work profile as per their needs. 6. For the GM finance - If you follow his slavery rule then he is ok with you otherwise face the worst consequences. This guy is in GM finance position and chewing Paan and guthka masala while talking to you. I mean what type of corporate culture lead by this person. One more thing about above ratings and review HR replied these are those people who are not interested to work with wave. But believe me guys I'm also ignoring these review while joining and the result is I'm also bearing the same consequences. Pathetic organization. So beware guys before joining this organisation always keep in mind above listed points.

Company is open to pay you if you are a performer . Company really need restructuring as old guys know how to make money on company's cost ....

Everything in hr department two people whi always play politics use you for their benefits if you are joining in TA department Prabhjot and Pankaj mishra will use you for their benefits and give you the toughest positions and put all the balme on you and no one are there will support you against them. These guys are looks very sweet when they join but put you in trouble everytime So dont join HR department there

Everything is perfect , work culture , people around you are very helpful. Punctuality , security . Feeling good in work Balanced culture.. I wish ,I could join wave infratech again..after I came back from Malaysia nd came from India for good..

I love everything..I was lucky to work there for 3 years..
