Nothing,no work life balance, spooning if you have good link with manager or managing director then your job is so good. Other wise you hard work no one promotes you.

Some spoons are in account department they cut down overtime of employees.they do not deducted the available leave they cut down overtime of employees. This is very dislikes.

The work pressure is less. You can do your work freely and not much politics. No one keeps chasing after you for work.

HR policies are very bad. Very few holidays. Absurd HR rules. The area is also not safe for working.

HR department is totally shit. They mean and selfish. They don't know how to work. They tell other people that this company is lala company but they act like lala and do nothing. They don't travel and meet employees. They are good for nothing. They act like aunties who does gossiping only.
