...ing to like as such in wattmonk. The management do favourism in every situation. The only good thing was salary credited on time and leaves got approved on request

In wattmonk there is zero job security. Wattmonk layed off arround 200 people in one shot without any valid reason just by saying they don't need you anymore. Work life balance is very bad, training structure is very bad, the employees there have worst technical knowledge in the industry just because management didn't provide them adequate training. In wattmonk there is no career building only labour. Worst management and a disgusting HR.

Toxic culture. Toxic management Worst VP Worst HR Don't believe in any positive review they are posted by HR to increase rating. Company hil chuki hai ache se jb se core team resigns pr company dikhana nhi chahti andr se. No work from home opportunity.

If I'm talk about job security So its Terrible. Company police are not good. Appraisal are not fair and they not give you good salary hike.

There is lot of politic ans the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but careers growth is slow. On the job training is bot given to new joiners.

People are supportive here. Team is structured & well processed functions. People who don't have work ethics usually write bad but that's not the truth. HR is very supporting & seniors are amazing. Work culture is light & there are so many activities done for employee engagement.

I only feel like Work from home policy can be a bit better. Rest is all fine.

There is nothing to like, because they don't respect their employees. Simply use someone's talent and then fired the employees without any reasons.

Dislikes

Management is not good at all, they don't have clear vision, they simply hire and fire the employees. Company management does not trust new employees, actually they don't need employees they need the persons who provide the info what is going inside the organization, they hire one person and when they fire before that they also hire the back up of that particular employee. This is really bad thing , so to join a such organisation is not worth at all.
