Margin of profit to dealer very limited, lack of branding & promotion at dealers point, nominal increment. Otherwise all good

Management rule are very much poor. A sales person is the backbone. And company are not paying any attention on us. They are cutting our payment for unnecessary reason. Working with watertec is terrible experience.

Policy and more over worst gps app. And cost cutting from sales person salary and ta da.

... work independently. Company policies are good. Ever year appraisals are fair. They give salary on time. Salary hike and give bonus every year..

Professionally managed company. During covid 19 situation also company supported their entire staff by paying monthly compensation on time. Work culture is excellent.

Dislikes

Not a complete dislike...but some changes has to be made in travelling policy for sales person's depending on the state and the location. For eg. a state like Goa doesn't require an over night stay as in case of other states, the travelling had to be paid on actual kms travelled rather than fix kms. As the city limit doesn't stretch beyond 7-15 kms, inorder to meet the dealers the executive has to travel beyond 60kms.
