Management rule are very much poor. A sales person is the backbone. And company are not paying any attention on us. They are cutting our payment for unnecessary reason. Working with watertec is terrible experience.

Policy and more over worst gps app. And cost cutting from sales person salary and ta da.

Overall good management and job security. I think Work culture is better than another companies so thats makes me satisfied. I got lot of good co workers and work friendly nature.company policies are good.

Compensation and benefits is average but career growth is good. No transportation for freshers. Payslip not available all time.
