Overall good management and job security. I think Work culture is better than another companies so thats makes me satisfied. I got lot of good co workers and work friendly nature.company policies are good.

Compensation and benefits is average but career growth is good. No transportation for freshers. Payslip not available all time.

Margin of profit to dealer very limited, lack of branding & promotion at dealers point, nominal increment. Otherwise all good

This company salary not providing on time also salary slip not providing in bangalore Branch, So please don't join this company friends, Travel allowance also not providing so please don't join and don't spoil your life and career

Management rule are very much poor. A sales person is the backbone. And company are not paying any attention on us. They are cutting our payment for unnecessary reason. Working with watertec is terrible experience.
