It is amazing if you are a part of watermark insights. You are going to get work life balance, good raise during the evaluation. So it is perfect. Only one con that it's a product based organisation and if you are someone who want to work in multiple domains so that can be challenging over here. So if you are looking balanced work life and willing to work in product based on one domain only so this is the perfect place for you.

Management is ready to pay their under paid employees a good percentage of raise but that is not good in numbers. They need to understand that people with less salary should be paid as per their work experience. So please instead of talking to them in percentage please talk to them in numbers. For eg. One employee is earning 100rs p/m and second one is 1000rs p/m Hr will say 10% raise for employee 1 which sounds but it is actually very less i.e. 10rs only. For second employees they say 5% which sounds less but in number it is actually higher than underpaid employees. So please try to understand this process and you are like the best organization in tricity. Honestly.
