They will not provide any OJT training but they will expect more with less salary. HR and management is worst, they will ask us to work in weekends without any OT. If we reach Target also they will ask us to extend every.

Cafeteria is too small and not even a single vendor available for food, A real drawback for employees who works in night shift and want to have some food for be healthy.

Nothing,,, Human resources team is good but when it comes to management.. They are just partial to the employees specially VOB team managers are very pathetic... They Just play with the employees emotions and respect,,,,they just need animals to work here for whole week and whole month...

There are lot of political parties out there who favour only Tamil peoples, there is no culture. Worst experience I faced in my carrier. If u work hard and give 100% production and quality there is no use. They will give employee of the month to non deserving employee.. only there peoples and also the employee quality will be less than 97%.
