Dislikes

Very poor management, full of favouritism. Drinking at the workplace is a common practice even till late nights. Gender biased, not good for female employees. Employees leave in a year or so and management doesn't care about the reason for leaving. No HR in the organisation. No transparency at all in the organisation. High level of discrimination in salary and region. Organisation's Policies only exist on paper.
